St Antony'S Girls High School

St Antony'S Girls High School has its place at Mlr 240 in Koodal Nagar. Madurai is a big city, but our little corner in Koodal Nagar feels a bit more like a community. We have been operating here for years, and many of the girls who come here are the daughters or even granddaughters of people who lived in this area long ago. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for all the classes. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with the students' work and the basic stuff needed for teaching. It’s a very busy place from the moment the sun comes up. You can hear the girls talking and laughing in the corridors between their lessons. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students, it’s always a bit of a challenge. The staff here are all very practical people who know how to get things done. We don't have a lot of formal meetings; we just talk in the staff room or out in the yard. Being in the 625018 area means we are close to everything, which makes it easy for the families. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the building is open and the teachers are ready. It’s a plain, honest kind of school and that’s how we like to keep it for everyone involved. We just keep moving forward.
