P.S.M. Girls High School

This school is for girls and we are located at 14 and 15, Pudhuvalvhu Nagar in the HMS Colony area of Kalavasal, Madurai. It is a pretty active part of the city, especially with the main road nearby. The school itself is tucked a bit away from the heaviest traffic, which is nice. We have a lot of girls coming here from all over this side of Madurai. The building is functional and has been around for a bit. We have classrooms for the different grades and a small office where we handle all the registrations and paperwork. It is a busy place from morning until the final bell rings. The teachers are always on the move, going from one room to another with their books. We do not have fancy lab equipment or a big sports field, but we do the best with what we have in the space available. You will see the girls sitting in groups during their breaks, chatting and eating their lunches. It feels like a very safe and steady environment for them. We focus on the textbooks and making sure everyone understands the material. It is just a regular high school experience without any of the extra polish you see in private city schools. We are just here doing our job and helping the girls get their education. Every year, a new group finishes and another starts. That is the way it goes.
