Nri School

The school is located at 12B on Sourashtra Elementary School Lane, right off East Veli Street in Madurai. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the lane itself is quite narrow, which makes things interesting when parents are dropping off their kids in the morning. We have been operating here for quite a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular structure that’s seen a lot of students come and go over the years. Inside, we have basic classrooms with fans that try their best to keep the heat down during the Madurai summers. It gets pretty loud sometimes because the main road isn't far away, but the kids seem to tune it out after a few days. We don't have a big fancy campus or a huge playground, so the children spend most of their time in the rooms or the small common area. Most of the families who send their children here live in the surrounding streets, so there’s a real neighborhood feel to the place. You see the same faces every morning and afternoon. We deal with all the usual school stuff like forgotten homework, scraped knees, and the occasional water leak when it rains too hard. It’s just a simple place for local kids to come and learn their lessons. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just about getting the work done and helping the kids move up to the next grade each year.
