Whiteagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Ward Number 19 of Roop Nagar. We are a group of farmers who came together because it's easier to handle the business side of things as a team. Roop Nagar is where we live and work, so it made sense to set up our main point there. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the season’s plans. We don't go in for anything fancy. The focus is always on the farming and making sure we get the right supplies for the members. Sometimes the meetings go on a bit long, especially when we are talking about new government rules or seed prices. We aren't experts in marketing, we are just people who know how to grow things. Being in Ward 19 puts us right in the heart of the community. People drop in all the time to chat or ask for advice on their crops. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of neighbors working toward the same goal. The work can be tiring and the sun is hot, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been operating in Roop Nagar for a while now and everyone knows our face. It’s a practical way for us to manage our livelihoods together without any big city fuss or expensive consultants.
