Avaneesh Enterprises

Avaneesh Enterprises is located right near Ludhiana Jagtap Chowk, which is probably one of the noisiest spots you can find. There are trucks and cars honking all day long, and the dust from the road always finds its way inside. We deal with various trading goods and supplies that local contractors and small businesses need. The office isn't much to look at, just some metal desks and stacks of boxes waiting to be moved. I started this because I wanted to be my own boss, even if it means working long hours and dealing with a lot of paperwork. Some days the phones won't stop ringing and other days it's completely dead. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big sales team. Most people find us because they were stuck in traffic at Jagtap Chowk and saw our sign. We try to be helpful when someone walks in, but we are often busy loading or unloading something in the back. The floor is a bit uneven and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We've got a small kettle in the corner for making chai, which is basically what keeps us going through the afternoon. It’s a basic operation and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We just want to get through the day and make sure the orders are correct before we head home to our families.
