Udey Impex

Udey Impex is set up on Dugri Road, right near the Miller Ganj post office. It’s a part of town that sees a lot of commercial traffic, which is good for what we do. We handle a lot of shipping and receiving here. The office is usually cluttered with paperwork and samples because there’s always something coming in or going out. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’ll probably see someone counting boxes or writing out labels by hand on the counter. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s the way we’ve always done things. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, and sometimes the big trucks have a hard time backing into the loading area. We just deal with it as it comes. Most of the people working here have lived in this area for a long time. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of rules; we just try to get the orders right and keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late to finish a shipment, and other days we close up early if the work is done. It’s a simple operation on Dugri Road. We just keep our heads down and focus on the import and export tasks that need doing every day. It’s not glamorous at all, but it keeps us busy and we know everyone around here.
