This is just my place of business. I've got things I handle in Ludhiana and also down in Danilimda. It’s a bit of a mix. I handle a lot of different tasks depending on what people need from me. Most of my day is spent on the phone or dealing with the logistics of moving things between these two places. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers keeping the daily routine running. Ludhiana is where a lot of the work happens, and I spend a fair bit of time making sure things are moving right. Then there's the side of things in Danilimda that takes up the rest of the week. I started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage everything myself. I don't like all the extra layers you get in those big city firms. Here, if there’s a problem, I’m the one who has to fix it. My office isn't anything much to look at, just some chairs and a wooden desk that’s usually covered in notes and scraps of paper. I drink way too much chai while I’m working. It keeps me going through the long afternoons when it gets quiet. People know me around here. They just call me up when they need something sorted out. I don't have a big marketing plan. I just do my job and keep my word to folks.
