The Mobile City

We've been here on A. T. I. Road for a while now. Janta Nagar is a busy spot, and our shop, The Mobile City, is right in the thick of it. Most days it’s just us dealing with whatever phones come through the door. People drop by because they know where we are. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular shop where we handle repairs and sell a few things. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that's just part of being here. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new models coming out. Every time a new phone hits the market, someone brings it in with a cracked screen or some software issue. We try to keep things straightforward. If we can fix it, we do. If we can't, we say so. There isn't much to it besides that. The shelves are usually full of chargers and cases. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but we wipe things down when we can. Mostly, it's just about being here for the local folks who need their phones working. We don't have a big team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a decent living and we like the people around here. Janta Nagar feels like home to us after all these years.
