Oswal Telecom sits right on the main road at Chowk Ghumar Mandi, near shop number 7. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly deal with mobile phones, recharge plans, and all those little accessories like covers and cables. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of shelf space we have. Most of the time, we are just helping people figure out why their data isn't working or selling them a new screen protector. We have been in this location for a while, so we recognize many of the faces that walk past every day. It is a family-run kind of place, so you won't find any corporate suits here. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes, but that is just because we like to keep things in stock. Ghumar Mandi is a hectic place to work, but we enjoy the energy of the main road. We don't have a big philosophy or anything. If someone needs a new sim card or a cheap pair of earphones, we just find it for them and move on to the next person. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. There is always a phone to fix or a plan to activate here.
