Ahuja Mobiles

We've been here at Gill Vishvakarma Chowk for quite a while now. It’s always busy around the shop, with traffic moving and people stopping in to ask about their phone screens or how to set up a new device. Most days start early, getting things cleaned up and checking what came in the day before. We deal with all sorts of mobile phones. Sometimes someone comes in because they dropped their phone in water, and we see what can be done. It’s not always easy work, especially when parts take time to arrive, but we stay at it. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a big fancy office, just the shop where the work happens. Usually, someone is sitting behind the counter ready to help out if a battery isn't holding a charge or if a charger stopped working. It gets loud outside with the horns and the market noise, but you get used to it. We just try to keep things moving and make sure when people leave, their phones are actually working again. It’s a lot of small parts and tiny screws. If you’re passing through the chowk, you’ll see our sign. We keep spare cables and covers on the shelves mostly. It’s a basic setup, really. We just focus on the phones and getting through the day's repairs. Sometimes we chat about the latest models, but mostly it's just getting the job done right here.
