We started this little shop on Dhandra Road a while back. It is a busy spot in Ludhiana Central, right at number 3. Most of our days involve handling recharges and looking at phones that aren't working right. People come in when their screens crack or when they need a new SIM card. We have been sitting here for quite some time now. It’s not a big fancy office, just a simple counter and some shelves filled with different accessories. If you walk down the road, you will see our sign easily. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes their work and wants to fix their devices. We try to help every single person who walks through the door. It is mostly about getting things fixed so people can get back to their calls and messages. We deal with various brands and all different types of gadgets. The heat in the summer makes it tough inside, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. It is a very straightforward business. We don't have a big team of people, just a couple of us who know how these mobile devices work. We see the same faces every month for their bill payments. That is how things go here in this neighborhood. We don't do much advertising at all. People just know where we are by now. Dealing with electronics can be tricky because things change so fast every year. But we stay here at the same spot on Dhandra Road.
