Kalsi Communication

If you ever find yourself walking through Ghumar Mandi, you might have passed by Kalsi Communication at 2470. It is a small shop, but we stay busy most of the day. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people come in because they have a problem with their phone or they need a quick top-up. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us behind the counter. It gets a bit crowded in here during the evenings when everyone is getting off work. We try to help everyone out as fast as we can, though sometimes there is a bit of a wait. The shelves are usually packed with different gadgets and chargers. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It’s a noisy street outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a rush, but we just take it one person at a time. We aren’t a big chain store with uniforms. It’s just a local spot where you can get your tech stuff sorted. We know a lot of the regulars by name now. It’s nice being part of the local market scene here. We’ll probably be here at the same spot for many more years to come. Just a simple shop doing its thing every day.
