We are located at Pawan Nagar, specifically at Ram Adhar 59, Gali-16 in Amritsar. Technosmart Cable & Broadband Services Private Limited is run from here, and you can usually find us through Brij Kishor Sharma. Our day-to-day involves a lot of cables, tools, and talking to people about their internet connections. Being in Amritsar-143001, we are right in the thick of things. Gali-16 is one of those narrow streets where everyone knows each other, and you have to be careful when moving the ladders around so you don't hit a parked scooter. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. When the weather gets bad or the wind picks up, we are usually out fixing lines or checking the boxes. It’s not an office job where you sit still for eight hours. We are constantly on the move around Pawan Nagar and the surrounding blocks. The space at Ram Adhar 59 is mostly for storing our gear and keeping the paperwork in some kind of order. It’s a bit messy with all the wire scraps and connectors lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished corporate image because that’s not what people here care about. They just want their broadband to work, and we do our part to make that happen. It’s a busy life, especially when the phones start ringing after a power cut, but we’ve been at it long enough now.
