Arhaan Textiles

You can find us at Shop No. 8 in the Shanti Complex. We are right on Shingar Cinema Road, which is pretty close to Samrala Chowk. It’s a lively part of town, always plenty of people walking by and scooters zooming past. Arhaan Textiles is just a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. We’ve got shelves crammed with different types of fabrics, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room. We spend a lot of our time helping people who come in looking for something specific. It involves pulling down heavy rolls and unrolling them so they can see the full pattern. My hands are usually a bit rough from handling the cloth all day. We have a small counter where we do the cutting and the paperwork. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard, especially when there’s a movie letting out at the cinema nearby. We’ve been here at Shanti Complex for a good bit of time. Arhaan Textiles isn't some big chain; it's just us running the shop day in and day out. We close up when the sun goes down and head home, then come back and do it all again tomorrow. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here near Samrala Chowk.
