Award Knit Fab. Ltd. is based at No. 79-80 in Sunder Nagar. It’s a knitting and fabric outfit, as the name suggests. We have a fair amount of space here across the two units, which we definitely need for the machines and the storage. Sunder Nagar is a good spot for us. It’s mostly just a working environment. We don't have a fancy reception area with coffee or anything. People come here to talk about knitting and fabrics. We’ve got the machines running a lot of the time, so it can get pretty loud. We’ve been operating as a limited company for a while, but we still run it like a local shop. Everyone knows what their job is. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign at 79-80. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the knitting schedules. We just try to stay on top of things and keep the quality where it needs to be. The Sunder Nagar area has a lot of businesses like ours, so we’re in good company. We don't have a big "About Us" page usually; we just tell people we’re at No. 79-80 and we do knit fab. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. That’s just how we operate at Award Knit Fab.
