Suraj Farmer

Our shop is located at 438/4-B Aarti Chowk, right on the Harni Warasia Ring Road. It is a good spot because the ring road makes it very easy to reach us from different parts of the town. We work with farmers and provide what they need for their land and crops. The place is usually filled up with bags and different equipment. It smells like earth and seeds in here most of the time. We do not have any fancy displays or anything like that. Things are just stacked where they happen to fit at the moment. We spend our time talking to the folks who come in about their crops and what is happening in the fields lately. It is a very local kind of place to be. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their names. The traffic on the ring road is constant, but inside we just focus on the business at hand. Sometimes we run out of space, so things end up on the sidewalk for a little bit. We are not trying to be the biggest business or anything. We just want to be here when the local people need their supplies. It is a simple life and a simple business for us. We close up when the sun goes down and then we do it all over again tomorrow.
