We are tucked away here in Ludhiana. It gets really busy on this side of town, especially with all the bikes and people moving around at all hours. The shop isn't very large at all, but we managed to fit everything we need inside the small space. Most days, I’m behind the counter dealing with whatever comes through the door. It might be someone with a broken screen or just someone looking for a specific cable they lost or broke. Ludhiana is a fast place, always something happening outside the window to watch. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know my name and stop to wave. It’s a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but that’s just how the city is right now. I usually have the radio playing some music in the background to keep things from being too quiet. It’s mostly just me and one other guy who helps out with the technical stuff that takes more time. We don't have a fancy sign or any bright lights, just the name above the door that's faded a bit. People find us well enough though by word of mouth. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly and we just sit outside on plastic chairs and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to have a cup of tea and chat. We handle a lot of small jobs that keep us busy from early morning until late evening. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Nothing too complicated, just a local spot.
