Shivam Mobile Center

We are located right on 2nd B Cross in Jagraon. Most days it’s just us here at the shop, surrounded by piles of phones and chargers. We spend a lot of time hunched over small tables with magnifying glasses and tiny screwdrivers. People come in because they dropped their phone or the screen just went black for no reason. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is. The shop isn't very big and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. You can hear the traffic from the street all day long. We deal with all sorts of things, from broken charging ports to software that just won't work right. Sometimes a repair takes ten minutes and other times we have to keep the phone for a few days to find the right piece. We get a lot of locals walking in just to ask a quick question about their settings. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the usual boards. It gets pretty warm in here in the summer afternoons, even with the fan going full speed. We’ve been in Jagraon for a while now and most people know us by name. It’s just regular work for us, helping folks get their devices back so they can call their families or do their jobs.
