Our office is located at 25, Atam Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which helps when you need to focus on blueprints. I’ve been at this address for several years. It started out small and hasn't changed much since then. We have some desks, a lot of rolled-up papers, and a computer that’s seen better days but still works fine. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s easy to find once you get into Atam Nagar. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. I don’t believe in having a stiff corporate environment. People just walk in, we talk about what they want to build, and we see what can be done on the lot they have. Sometimes the drawings take longer than expected because we’re double-checking measurements. It’s just the nature of the work. We get quite a few people from the nearby blocks coming in. Usually, it’s about house extensions or maybe a small shop renovation. It’s good to be part of the local community. I usually have some tea ready for whoever drops by. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here. We keep it simple and try to be as helpful as we can with the technical stuff. Most days are just about balancing the creative ideas with the practical reality of what the building laws allow.
