3Dworks Design Solutions

We’ve been set up here at SCO 26 in Phase-2 for quite some time now. This part of Urban Estate Focal Point is usually pretty busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving for work. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the design work. Sometimes the parking out front gets a bit tight, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our workstations. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. The windows look out over the street, so we see people coming and going all day. It’s a decent spot for a business like 3Dworks Design Solutions. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Most people who come by are just here for a quick meeting or to drop something off. The air conditioning works okay most days, though it struggles a bit when it gets really hot outside. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic nearby. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the projects that come through the door. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a handful of people doing design stuff in a regular office building. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is close by, and it feels like a real working area. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people in the neighboring buildings.
