Parrnasii Architects & Interiors

Parrnasii Architects & Interiors is over in Shivaji Nagar at Sh 16, 1194-1 & 2. Our office is in Madhu Vrindavan, which is right across from the Dnyanesh Mangal Karyalaya. You can usually hear the music or the crowds from the weddings across the street, which makes for an interesting background while we're trying to work. The office is a bit of a mix, just like the name says. We have samples of fabrics and wood finishes piled up next to rolls of architectural plans. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of samples delivered at once. The walls are covered in photos of projects, some old and some new, all pinned up with whatever tape was handy. We have a few desks pushed together in the middle of the room so we can talk easily. The light from the street lamps comes in late in the evening if we're staying late to finish something up. There’s a small corner for making coffee, though the pot usually has a bit of a burnt smell if someone forgets to turn it off. We spend a lot of time looking at swatches and trying to match colors under the flickering tube lights. It’s a working office, not a showroom, so expect to see some clutter and a few half-finished models sitting on the window sills. It feels like a second home most of the time, just with more paperwork and fewer places to sit down.
