You can find us at Modern Architects & Associates in Firoze Gandhi Market, right off the Pune Solapur Road in Hadapsar 9. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic outside never really stops. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of associates who spend our time working on plans and visiting sites around Pune. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of paper. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell people on things they don't need. Usually, folks come in because they have a piece of land and want to know what they can do with it. We help them figure out the layout and get everything down on paper. It’s practical work. We deal with the local authorities and all the regulations that come with building here. Hadapsar is growing fast, and we’ve been busy trying to keep up. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough to know how things work in this part of town. We don't spend money on billboards. Our work comes from word of mouth and people seeing our signs at construction sites. We just like to get the job done without too much fuss. It’s a decent place to work and we take our projects seriously.
