Sethi Telecom System

Sethi Telecom System is right at Baba Than Singh Chowk on Samrala Road. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always noise from horns and people shouting. We have a small shop here where we deal with all kinds of telecom stuff. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile plans or fixing small issues with their devices. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us. The shop can get quite hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front glass directly. We have a small fan that helps a bit. People from all over the Samrala Road area stop by because we are right at the chowk. It’s a convenient spot for them. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive furniture. Just some glass counters and shelves with various accessories and parts. Sometimes the delivery bikes block the front of the shop, which can be annoying for customers. We just tell them to move. It’s a very local business. We know the tea seller nearby and the other shopkeepers around the chowk. We don't do any big advertising. If someone needs help with their phone, they just see our sign and walk in. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. It’s a simple life running a telecom shop in such a busy part of Ludhiana.
