Our office is located at 18, Red Cross Bhavan, right on The Mall. It’s an older building that has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Sehgal Sushil Kumar Architect has been operating out of this space for quite some time now. The stairs leading up are a bit steep and narrow, so please take your time when you come to visit us. We deal with building plans, permits, and site visits for the most part. It’s definitely not just sitting at a desk all day long. We spend a good amount of our time out in the sun at various construction sites around town. Then we come back here to the office to draw everything out and make sense of the notes. The office is usually full of old blueprints and some cardboard models we’re working on for clients. It gets a bit messy and disorganized, to be honest, but we know where everything is. We aren't very big on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We'd much rather spend our time focusing on the technical drawings and getting the details right. There’s a nice view of the main street from our front window. Sometimes we just sit there and watch the traffic for a few minutes to clear our heads. It’s a family-run business, and we like to keep things simple and straightforward. We've seen this town change so much since we first opened our doors here.
