At Sandhu Property Advisor & Consultants, we work out of Harvinder Nagar on Bahudur Ke Road. Our office is in Ludhiana, right across the street from the Mini Rose Garden. It is actually quite a nice spot because we can see the greenery from our front door. Dealing with property means we are always looking at houses, land, and shops. People come to us when they are unsure about where to buy or how to sell their property. We spend a lot of time out of the office, driving around Ludhiana to check on different sites. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just us and the maps of the local area. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s a simple building where we can sit down and have a chat with people. We’ve been in Harvinder Nagar for many years, so we know most of the property history around here. We aren't trying to be flashy or talk people into things they don't want. We just give them the facts as we see them. The road outside can get very busy with trucks, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We enjoy being property advisors because every day is a little bit different, and we get to meet all sorts of people.
