We are right in the middle of things here at Chickpetcross, just opposite Central Town. Being in Ludhiana Basettypet means constant movement outside our door. Atwal Property Consultant has been in this spot for a good while now. It’s a small space, and things get a bit crowded when more than two people visit us. We usually leave the door open to let some air in because the street is always buzzing with people and bikes. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who are looking for a place to rent or buy. Fancy software isn't something we use, just some ledgers and our phones to keep track of things. In the summer, the old fan we have is a lifesaver. Our location opposite Central Town is the main thing for us since everyone passes by anyway. Directions are a common request from people passing by, and often those chats turn into talks about local property. Meeting people this way is how we get most of our work. This neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same place. Honest answers are what we give when someone asks about a building or a plot nearby. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. Each day we just see who walks in through the door next and go from there. We usually have some fresh tea waiting if the kettle is on and we aren't too busy.
