We operate out of the Giaspura Kamdhenu Shopping Centre, which is part of the Lokhandwala Complex area. It is a busy place where people come for all sorts of things, and our office is just one of many small businesses tucked in here. As property advisors, we spend most of our time listening to what people are looking for and then searching through our books to find a match. We have a lot of different listings, from small shops in the center to flats in the surrounding complex. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps because there is always something new happening. We like to keep things very informal here. If you come by, we will probably offer you a glass of water and just chat about the local rates for a while. There is no pressure to buy or sell anything. We have been in this spot long enough that most of the other shopkeepers in the Kamdhenu Shopping Centre know us by name. It is a good community to be a part of. We handle the paperwork and the talking so that the people coming to us don't have to worry too much about the details. It is just a matter of knowing who has what and who wants what, and then trying to bring them together in a way that works for everyone.
