I’ve been sitting here at Shop No 4 on Gadgil Street for quite some time now. Sashtri Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside the door. Most days, I’m just here looking through papers or talking to people who walk in asking about what’s available in the area. It’s not a fancy office, just a desk and some chairs for whoever stops by. Sometimes people just want to know what a plot is going for these days, and I tell them what I know from the latest deals. I grew up around here, so I know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones stay quiet at night. Arora Property isn’t a big corporation or anything like that. It’s just me helping folks find a place to live or maybe a small shop for their own business. Dealing with property takes a lot of patience because the paperwork is never as fast as you want it to be. I spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to check on things. People know they can find me here most mornings after I finish my tea. It’s a simple way to make a living, and I like the people who come through. There is no big secret to how I work, I just show what is there and let people decide for themselves.
