Arman Real Estate is located at 4077 Dugri, right on the Subhanpura High Tension Road in Urban Estate. It's an easy place to find if you know the road. The high tension lines are a big landmark around here. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. The office is pretty simple, nothing too special to look at, just where we do our daily work. Dugri is a busy area and being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic passing by. We spend our mornings checking on new properties and our afternoons usually involve meeting folks who want to see a house or a piece of land. It can get a bit dusty with all the cars on the road, but we like the location. Urban Estate has grown a lot since we first started. We know most of the streets and blocks around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just a reliable one that people can talk to. There’s always a pot of tea going and we’re usually around if someone wants to chat about local prices. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. That’s just how it goes in this business. We just keep our heads down and do our best for the local folks.
