Amar Properties sits on the first floor of the Sundaram Complex at No. 139. We are right on the Bhanwarkuan Main Road, which is probably one of the busiest streets you’ll find around here. There’s always a crowd outside, mostly students and people heading to work, and the sound of horns never really stops. Our office is a simple place where we manage property deals for the local area. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window. We handle all kinds of property stuff, from small rentals for students to bigger commercial spaces on the main road. It’s a lot of juggling different keys and making sure we have the right documents ready for the lawyers. We don’t have a fancy reception or a big sign with lights. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. People come to us because they know we’ve been in this building for a while and we understand how things work in Bhanwarkuan. We don't make big promises or use corporate talk. We just tell people what the current rent is or what a shop might sell for these days. It’s straightforward work that keeps us on our toes from the moment we open the doors in the morning.
