Our place is located on Khanna 1st Main, right in the 2nd Stage. We are in the 3rd Block, very close to the A S School Grounds. It’s a nice area because of the school nearby, you always hear kids playing or sports going on during the day. We’ve been working as property advisors from this spot for a while. It’s a pretty local operation. We don’t have a team of fifty people or a call center. It’s just us in the office, answering the phone and talking to neighbors who need help with real estate. The 3rd Block is a quiet place most of the time, which we appreciate. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. We have the usual stuff like a computer, a printer that jams sometimes, and a stack of folders. We spend a lot of time walking around the 2nd Stage looking at different houses and plots. Since we are near the school grounds, everyone knows where we are. We don’t bother with brochures or expensive ads. Word of mouth usually brings people in. We just try to give straight answers and help out where we can. It’s a steady pace of work. We open the doors in the morning and stay until the last person is taken care of. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We're just a small group of folks trying to be helpful in our little corner of the world.
