Amazing Properties

Amazing Properties is located at 24 Feroz Pur Road, right in the Shri Raghunath Hospital Market. This is a very busy part of the road because of the hospital, so there are always people, cars, and rickshaws moving about at all hours. Our shop is right there in the market area, making it easy for people to drop in while they are doing other errands nearby. It’s a modest setup with just enough room for us to sit and talk with people about houses or land. We keep a lot of our listings in old registers and on the computer. The market atmosphere is quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Feroz Pur Road is one of those places that never really sleeps. We start our day early and usually stay until the market starts to wind down in the evening. There is always a lot of tea being shared and plenty of talk about what is happening in the city. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just come in, pull up a chair, and we get to talking about what they need. It’s a simple way of working, but it works for us. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out looking at sites around the neighborhood. It’s just us doing what we know best in our little corner of the hospital market. We try to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
