Avasthi Estates is located at 132 Model Gram, specifically on 16 E Cross in D Block. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main roads. We like it this way because it feels more personal. Our office is basically a small room in the building where we keep our records and meet with people. Being in D Block means we are right in the middle of the community we serve. We’ve been here for quite some time and have seen many families move in and out of Model Gram. We don’t do any flashy advertising. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door on 16 E Cross. Our day-to-day work involves checking on local houses and helping people with their paperwork. It’s not very complicated, but it takes time to do it right. We sit down with a cup of tea and go through the details of whatever property is on the market. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often chat with the neighbors while we're out on our rounds. We keep things low-key and just focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary stress. It’s a small, local operation, and that’s exactly how we want to keep it.
