Sai Roller Flour Mills

Down on Jagraon Saki Vihar Road, you’ll find us at Sai Roller Flour Mills. It’s a loud place because the machines are always running during the day. We grind up the grain into flour for the local bakeries and families around this part of town. It gets pretty dusty inside, no matter how much we sweep, but that’s just part of working in a mill. We’ve had these machines for years and they still run good. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is working right. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some solid equipment that gets the job done. The trucks pull up out front and we load the bags of flour one by one. It’s heavy work, but we’re used to it by now. The neighbors know us by the smell of the grain and the sound of the rollers. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. Most people just know to come here when they need a batch of fresh flour. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this location for a while and don’t plan on going anywhere. It’s just a regular local business helping out the food shops around Jagraon. We work hard, go home tired, and then come back and do it all again tomorrow morning. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy and out of trouble.
