Raysa Fabrics Private Limited is right in the middle of the AC Market at Bhadaur House. We are located in Calibre Plaza, specifically occupying units C-127, 129, and 131. It is quite a maze in here if you aren't familiar with the layout. The AC Market is a staple for anyone in Ludhiana looking for cloth. Being inside means we don't have to deal with the dust of the street as much, though the air conditioning can be a bit moody. Our three units are packed with fabrics. There isn't much walking space once we get a fresh delivery in. We spend our hours measuring out lengths of cloth and chatting with the other shop owners nearby. It’s a very social environment. You can hear the hum of the central cooling and the sound of people haggling in the corridors. Bhadaur House has been around for ages and it feels like history is part of the walls here. We keep our ledgers on a small wooden desk that has seen better days. It is a bit cluttered with pens and half-empty water bottles.
