Raja Mobile Hut

Located on Gill Sant Das Street, Raja Mobile Hut is where we spend our days fixing screens and sorting out phone issues. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. People come by with cracked glass or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. We see all kinds of phones. Some are brand new and some have seen much better days. We don't do anything complicated, just the usual repairs and selling a few accessories like cases or chargers. The street gets pretty busy during the day, so there is always someone popping in to ask a quick question about their device. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the counter with small screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now. It feels like home. We know most of the people who walk past the door. Sometimes we just chat about the weather while a repair is finishing up. We don't have a website. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are walking down Gill Sant Das Street. It is a simple setup. We keep the spare parts organized in little plastic bins. It can be tedious work, squinting at tiny screws all afternoon, but it feels good when a phone finally turns back on. That’s what we do here every day from morning until we close up for the night. We also keep a few screen protectors and cables for those who keep losing theirs. It's just a basic shop for the locals.
