Poply Shubham Manoj Architect

We are over at 58-B in Rajguru Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than being downtown. Poply Shubham Manoj Architect is a small operation. We mostly work on local projects, things that people in the neighborhood need. The office has a big window that looks out onto the street, and we see the same people walking their dogs every morning. We have a few computers and a large printer that takes up too much space. There are rolls of tracing paper everywhere. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and shirts. We spend our time figuring out how to make spaces work better. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, and the floor ends up covered in crumbled-up paper. It's a bit messy, but that’s how we work best. Rajguru Nagar is a nice place to be based. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to clear our heads. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us. It’s been this way for years, and we don't see much reason to change it now.
