P. S. International

Our workplace is over at 10/b-20 Guru Ram Dass Road in the Dhandari Kalan area. It is a busy part of town where you can always hear trucks passing by or neighbors shouting greetings across the street. P. S. International isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get our daily work done. The floor is usually covered with packing tape and cardboard scraps because we are constantly moving things around. Most of us arrive early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. We start by checking the logs and seeing what arrived the night before. Dhandari Kalan is a dusty place, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks and the equipment. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we all go around eleven o'clock. It is a simple routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or a bunch of managers in suits. It is just a few of us who know the business well. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the open door to get some light. We handle the shipping, the paperwork, and the inventory ourselves. It is physical work and our hands are rarely clean. We just try to keep things organized so that nothing gets lost in the shuffle of the day.
