Nokia Priority Partners

Nokia Priority Partners is based in Ludhiana, right inside the Haridarshan Socity. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main market areas, which we actually like. Most of our work involves helping people with their Nokia devices, whether it is an old model with buttons or one of the newer smartphones. We have a small shop floor that we try to keep tidy, though the dust from the street always seems to find its way in. There are posters on the wall showing different phones, and we have a few chairs for people to sit while we check their devices. The atmosphere in Haridarshan Socity is generally relaxed, and we know many of the residents who live nearby. We usually open up in the morning after having some tea and stay until the sun goes down. It isn't a high-pressure environment; we just take things as they come and try to give honest answers when someone asks if their phone is worth fixing. The repair bench in the back is where most of the concentration happens, with tiny screws and bits of plastic everywhere. We have been part of this community for some time, and it feels like a solid place to be doing business every day.
