Nits Cotfab Private Limited is located at House No. 32440 in Sat Kartar Nagar. We are on Gali No. 2, which is just off Tibba Road in the Kuliewal area of Ludhiana. The address is 141007. It’s a bit of a mix here, with some houses and some small businesses all sharing the same streets. Our setup is inside a house, so it’s not your typical factory building. We use the space to handle cotton fabrics, and you’ll often see stacks of material piled up in the rooms. Tibba Road can be very congested, so getting in and out of Gali No. 2 takes some skill, especially with a loaded rickshaw or a small truck. The neighborhood of Sat Kartar Nagar is quite lively, with kids playing outside and people going about their day. We’ve set up our workspace to be as efficient as we can, even though it’s a residential structure. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate board or any of those things you see in movies. It’s just a few of us making sure the fabric is cut, checked, and ready for whoever needs it. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in Kuliewal. We’ve gotten used to the quirks of House No. 32440 and the rhythm of the street.
