K. c. Juneja Hosiery Works

K. c. Juneja Hosiery Works is over at B-23 476 in New Kidwai Nagar. We have been in this spot for quite a long time now. New Kidwai Nagar is a busy place with lots of homes and shops all mixed together. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside, it's a different story. It’s always full of yarn and hosiery machines. They make a lot of noise when they are all running at once, a kind of constant humming that you just get used to after a few days. We don't really have a big staff, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We know the machines inside and out. If one breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. It's practical. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or office chairs. We have stools and benches that work just fine. The floor is usually covered in a bit of lint from the hosiery, but we sweep it up at the end of every day. It's a real place where real work happens. We don't put on airs or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a local hosiery business in Kidwai Nagar. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat while we’re working. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even with all the hard work. We just keep our heads down and do what we know best. Every morning we start the same way with a hot tea and then get the machines going.
