At Namdhari Seeds Pvt. Ltd., we have our workspace set up at Pratap Trading Co. in Hira Nagar. We are located right opposite Transport Nagar on the Sherpur Byepass, so there is never a dull moment with all the traffic. The bypass is always busy with big trucks moving goods, and the sound of horns is just part of our daily background noise. Working with seeds is a bit different from the heavy industrial shops nearby because it is a cleaner environment. We spend our days checking seed packets, managing inventory, and making sure the labels are all correct. Our office is a small room filled with shelves of folders and old records. We don't have any of those modern fancy desks or high-tech equipment; we just use what works for us. There is a small group of us here, and we have worked together for so long that we don't really need to say much to get the job done. Sometimes we step outside for a break, though the air on the Sherpur Byepass is usually full of exhaust from the passing transport trucks. It is a very practical location for us since getting items shipped out is easy when you are right next to Transport Nagar. We don't put much effort into decorating the place or making it look corporate. It is a functional site where we focus on our daily tasks without any fuss or complicated rules.
