Naina Ice Land

You can find us over at Maya Bhawan Market, which is right on Hargobind Marg. We are pretty close to the C.M.C Chowk, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. It is one of those busy market areas where everyone is trying to get somewhere. I have been working here for a while, and the shop is like a second home to me now. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the display cases and a bit of space for people to stand. We have to keep the floor clean constantly because of all the foot traffic coming in from the street. Some days are so busy I barely have time to sit down for a quick lunch, especially when it is the middle of summer. We do not do anything fancy with the decor, just some simple shelves and the cooling units that hum all day. The neighbors in the market are good people, we all grab tea from the same stall around the corner. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic at the chowk, and we just have to deal with it. It is part of being in this part of town. I do not really think about it as a big brand or anything, it is just Naina Ice Land, the place where we work. We see kids, families, and workers all coming in for a quick break.
