Mobile Shoppee

We are located right at Bhagwan Chowk on Rajagopal Main Road, so it’s always very loud and busy outside our door. Mobile Shoppee is a small place, but we try to pack in as many accessories as we possibly can. We have the walls covered in phone cases of every color and material you can think of. Most people who come in are in a huge hurry because they just hopped off a bus or they are parked illegally right outside. I spend a lot of my time answering the same few questions about which charger is the fastest or which screen guard is the strongest. The floor gets dirty pretty quickly with all the foot traffic coming in from the main road. I usually have a cleaning cloth in my hand to wipe down the glass counters whenever there’s a quiet moment between customers. We don't do anything fancy or special here. It’s just about getting people the things they need for their phones so they can get back to their busy day. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that’s just part of being in this particular neighborhood. We have a small wooden stool behind the counter where I sit when my legs get tired. The inventory is always changing because new phone models seem to come out every single week. It’s hard to keep up with everything. It’s a busy, cramped life, but it keeps us going.
