Mfss Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at Sangam Punarvasan in Mujabi. We are based at Shri Ranbhid Motiram Meshram’s place. It is a local spot where the farming community comes together. Ranbhid has been here a long time and knows every family in the area. Our work is all about the farmers in this part of Mujabi. We aren’t a big company with a high-rise office or fancy suits. We are just a few people working out of a local house. The atmosphere is very informal every day. We sit on the porch sometimes when the weather is nice to avoid the heat inside. We talk about the crops and the prices we are seeing in the market. There is a lot of paperwork because that’s just how it is with these companies. We try to keep it all straight in the thick ledgers we keep on the shelf. The village is quiet and we like it that way. Most of the people we work with are our friends and neighbors. We don’t use any big words or marketing talk because it doesn't fit here. We just tell it like it is to whoever walks in. If the season is bad, we talk about that openly. If it’s good, we work harder to make sure everyone gets their fair share. We stay busy and usually finish up around dinner time.
