Manoj Wadekar & Associates

Our office, Manoj Wadekar & Associates, is located right at 1170/12 in Shivaji Nagar. If you know where Hotel Bhooshan is, we are just across from it. It’s a busy part of town, always plenty of cars and people moving around throughout the day. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, but it has character and keeps the rain out. Inside, we have a few rooms where we sit and work. There are usually files everywhere because that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s not always the quietest place because of the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our lunches at different times just to make sure someone is always there if the door opens. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise that drives me crazy, but we haven't gotten around to calling the repairman yet. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a group of us who have worked together for a long while. We know our way around the local paperwork and the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward life here. We come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just try to stay on top of the tasks that come across our desks every morning and keep moving.
