Malhotra Mobile Care

Malhotra Mobile Care is out in the Gill area, specifically at V P O Gill. It's a bit away from the main city center but it’s a busy spot for the locals here. We started this place because people in the village needed somewhere nearby for their mobile issues. It’s just a simple shop. We spend most of our time looking at screens and small parts. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive from the city, so we have to ask people to be patient. We don't have a huge showroom. It’s mostly just a counter and some tools in the back. The lighting isn't the best but we make it work. We get a lot of people from the surrounding fields and houses. Everyone knows the Malhotra family around here. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Some days it’s just one person coming in for a small thing, other days it’s a whole line. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we are always cleaning the glass. It’s a modest way to make a living. We don't use any big marketing tricks. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. If your phone is acting up and you're near Gill, you probably know where we are. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
