The shop here at Khanna Pillappa Lane has been open for a good while now. It’s M S Telecom and most people around the corner know where to find us if their phone starts acting up or if they just need a quick recharge done. The lane gets pretty crowded in the afternoons, especially with the foot traffic coming through. We spend most of the day behind the counter, dealing with screen guards or trying to figure out why someone’s battery isn’t holding a charge like it used to. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop with enough room for the essentials and maybe a couple of stools if someone has to wait. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather gets bad, but we stay open as long as there is work to do. We keep a lot of different cables and small parts in the drawers, though it takes a minute to find the right one sometimes. People stop by to chat even if they don't need anything fixed, which is just how it is in this part of town. Khanna Pillappa Lane has its own rhythm and we are just part of that daily flow. It’s dusty work sometimes, cleaning all those small components, but it keeps the hands busy. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Just the name on the front and the tools we use every day to get things sorted for the neighbors.
