Lagah Telecom

You can find Lagah Telecom in the Ludhiana Central area, specifically at the corner of 4th Main and 4th Cross. It’s a very busy intersection with plenty of people moving around. I’ve been the owner of this shop for a few years. It’s a pretty basic setup. We sell mobile phones, chargers, and those plastic covers that everyone seems to need. The shop is narrow, so I have to be careful not to bump into things when I’m moving behind the counter. I don't have any staff, just me doing everything. A lot of people from the nearby apartment buildings come in to buy talk time or ask about their internet connections. The shop next door plays some loud music sometimes, which can be a bit annoying, but we get along. The floor is made of old tiles and there’s a crack in one corner that I covered with a small rug. We don't use any computers or fancy systems. If you need something, you just come in and ask. I try to keep some of the newer phone models on the shelf, but I don't have room for a lot of stock. My desk is usually covered in little notes and scraps of paper with things I need to remember. It’s a bit of a mess, but I know where everything is. Ludhiana Central is a busy place to work, but I like being part of the neighborhood.
