If you look for Khanna Ashwani Associates, you’ll find us over at the Industrial Estate 4. We are right by the Manju Cinema, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who hasn't been here before. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving, trucks coming in and out, and a lot of noise from the nearby units. It’s not exactly a quiet office park, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the cinema is a landmark that everyone knows. Our daily routine is pretty standard for an associates' office. We have our files, our computers, and our regular visitors who drop by to discuss whatever is on the agenda for the day. It’s a very practical environment without any of the fluff you see in the big city offices. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us working through the tasks. The Manju Cinema crowd changes throughout the day, but we mostly stay tucked away in our space in the estate. We like the grit of the industrial area because it feels productive. People know us as the guys near the cinema, and that’s fine by us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss about it. It’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
